NSCI Pilot Study Spring 2021

The National Survey of College Internships (NSCI) is a new survey-based initiative of the Center for Research on College-Workforce Transitions (CCWT) at UW-Madison.  In the Winter and Spring of 2021, CCWT staff conducted a pilot study of the NSCI with 17 colleges and universities across the U.S. in order to test our instruments, procedures and data reporting protocols.  This data dashboard is a key part of the NSCI’s approach to sharing data back with participating institutions, as these searchable datasets are user-friendly and interactive ways to query and search a complex dataset.

This data dashboard is similar to the one that will be provided for participating institutions in the inaugural NSCI in the Fall of 2021.  For the full NSCI these dashboards will be provided to institutions via a password-protected website, with a national aggregated dataset available for public viewing.  The dashboard below from the NSCI pilot study includes data from 17 de-identified institutions that participated in the Winter/Spring administration of the survey.
