CCWT is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible event. The Pyle Center is a wheelchair accessible building (ramp at main entrance and elevators), and we are doing our best to limit the need for participants to move between floors frequently during the conference. Attendees may request reasonable accommodations during the registration process. We will do our best to meet your needs! If you have a need that is not listed on the registration, please contact CCWT@wisc.edu. All requests must be made by September 26, 2024. We will attempt to implement late requests but cannot guarantee they will be met.

CCWT has reserved blocks of rooms at the generously discounted rate of $131 per night (plus taxes and fees) at Hampton Inn & Suites Madison Downtown and at the Edgewater Hotel. Both hotels are a 5-10 minute walk from the conference venue.
