Dr. Jenkins’ research interests focus on fostering a more socially just internship landscape. By leveraging emancipatory frameworks such as critical race theory, he explores ‘ students internship experiences to challenge and dismantle white supremacy during interns’ transition to the workforce. In this same spirit, he also harnesses inclusive talent management frameworks to offer strategies to enhance internship experiences for traditionally marginalized students.
