Dr. Jiahong Zhang was a post-doctoral researcher at CCWT, with the Wisconsin Center for Education Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. With a background in counseling psychology, Jiahong earned her Ph.D. from the University of Hong Kong Faculty of Education specializing in career development and counseling. She used a mixed research method to explore the roles of teacher and parental support in vocational identity and career adaptability, especially for those students from vocational and technical schools and colleges. At CCWT, Jiahong’s research focused on college student’s internship as well as its relationship with students’ outcomes using a quantitative research method.
