Jacklyn John Fischer is a former Project Assistant for the Wisconsin Center for Education Research and a doctoral student in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jacklyn’s research interests include financial aid policy and college-to-workforce transitions for first-generation and economically marginalized college students. She is currently working as an Assistant Director in the Lawrence University Career Center in Appleton, WI. Jacklyn is a proud Wisconsin alumna who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Afro-American Studies. She also holds Master of Education in Higher Education from Harvard University.
