Dr. Ericka Wills is an Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin School for Workers. As a labor educator, Dr. Wills has collaborated with diverse workers and their unions, from steelworkers to teachers and miners to flight attendants. Her work related to the mission of CCWT focuses on educational approaches in union apprenticeship and mentoring programs and methods for recruiting and retaining women workers in predominantly male employment sectors.
