The mission of CCWT’s Work-integrated & Experiential Learning Lab (WELL) Project is to ensure that all students will have access to work-integrated learning (WIL) experiences, the tools to optimize these experiences, and career development skills to effectively navigate their transition into the workplace.
We aim to design tools and resources to:
- Teach critical career readiness skills
- Prompt self-reflection to facilitate skill development
- Develop and evaluate learning plans and task goals
- Teach strategies for developing and sustaining effective supervision and mentoring relationships
- Demystify common challenges to career readiness
- Facilitate collaboration among primary stakeholders in WIL ecosystem: career service professionals and employers
- Develop curriculum to support employers in designing and launching student internship programs (check out our Intern Cohort Program!)
WELL Resources & Components
