Position title: Research Program Associate Director
Melissa Clemens (Missy) is the Research Program Associate Director at CCWT. She holds a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Masters in Education from Edgewood College as well as a Certificate in Human Resource Management and Analytics from Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania. In her professional career of over 29 years, she has been fortunate to gain extensive experience in strategic planning, operations management, education, talent management, marketing, human resources, budget management, development and fundraising, executive coaching, and customer service. Missy is passionate about working with adolescents and young adults and committed to equity and inclusion. Her masters research was centered on social justice and equity in education. Her thesis was a literature review on restorative justice in higher education.
Personally, Missy is mom to two students, one at University of Wisconsin-Madison and one at University of Wisconsin-Platteville, as well as two dogs and a cat. She enjoys home DIY projects, weekends with her partner, thrifting, listening to podcasts, singing loudly and dancing in her car, and spending time with her friends and family.
