Career Development Models 

As part of its research on internships and student career development, CCWT investigators are currently conducting a literature review of career development theories that can be applied to work-based learning contexts.  As part of this work, CCWT scholars anticipate generating a new approach that explicitly accounts for socio-cognitive, environmental, and programmatic factors that may influence a person’s decisions about their career trajectory, along with disruptive forces such as the Covid-19 pandemic or climate change.  Stay tuned!
