DESCRIPTION:In this webinar\, Dr. Ran Liu and Dr. Mindi Thompson delve into the critical disparities characterizing college students’ internship experiences and outcomes\, focusing on differences in supervision quality\, student satisfaction\, paid vs. unpaid internships\, and their impacts on career outcomes.
